About Me

My name is Alysia Snyder.  I am a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist.  I graduated from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in June of 2014. I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.

When I first graduated from high school, I wanted to be a nurse, because I always wanted a profession which allowed me to help and care for people.  I quickly decided that nursing was not for me, and wasn't sure what I wanted to do next.  A few years later, a shoulder injury helped me realize how wonderful massage therapy could be in helping people heal.  With some encouragement from others, I made the decision to go to massage school and become the best massage therapist I could be!  While in school, I learned a lot more about massage, while also learning things about myself.  Once I began working on clients, I knew right away that I had made the right decision!
